1. Service cancellation

Customers seeking to end services must provide written notice before we begin project work.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be issued for services not yet rendered. Once work has begun on your project, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Processing time

Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days. The timeline for receiving funds depends on your payment method and bank.

4. Non-refundable services

Certain services — including but not limited to government filing fees and third-party charges — are non-refundable once processed.

5. Partial refunds

When projects are partially completed, refund amounts are calculated proportionally based on completed work and resources used.
